Families requesting assistance must meet our eligibility requirements, including that the loved one being honored was between the ages of 15–39. All applications are thoughtfully reviewed to determine qualification for memorial headstone assistance through Oliver’s Stones, and a member of our team will contact you after your form has been submitted.
